Role Description

This full-time hybrid role for Office Land Surveyors requires a combination of on-site and remote work, primarily based in San Fernando, CA. Office Land Surveyors focus on drafting survey documents, reviewing topographic and land surveys, analyzing survey data, and ensuring the accuracy of surveying deliverables. Responsibilities include preparing plats, maps, drawings, and maintaining compliance with local and state regulations. Team collaboration and precise documentation are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications
  • PLS with a minimum of 3 years office experience
  • Knowledge and hands‑on expertise with Total Station surveying equipment
  • Proficient skills in Building Surveying and accurate preparation of survey documents
  • Strong understanding of Surveying principles and techniques
  • Experience with AutoCAD, TBC, GPS Planning and Post Processing and other survey‑related software
  • Strong organizational and attention‑to‑detail skills to ensure accuracy in data and documentation
  • Able to Prepare Proposals as well as Manage Projects
  • Familiarity with Southern California's land and regulatory environment will be advantageous
