Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Wixom, MI, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion for a Technical Sales Engineer. Responsibilities include understanding and promoting FRIMO’s wide range of technical solutions, providing technical consultations to clients, and supporting the sales process with detailed technical expertise. The individual will deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs, prepare and present proposals, and assist in building strong, long-term customer relationships.
Collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and effective project execution will also be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and internal teams
- Background in providing Technical Support and expertise during the sales process
- Strong understanding of or experience with Sales strategies and client relationship building
- Ability to work both onsite in Wixom, MI, and remotely as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field
- Problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach
- Experience in plastics processing or manufacturing industries is a plus
- Willingness to travel to client sites, as required
