Job Overview
5020 Engineering Resource Group, Inc. is seeking a highly effective and trustworthy Electrical Engineer who excels in the art of science of getting things done. Our group offers great flexibility to tailor this position to a wide range of goals and desires. The ideal candidate will enjoy developing relatively small solar farms, decentralized data centers, and Ameren interconnects in central Illinois.
Remote work options are available for the right candidate.
- Design solar fields, small data centers, BESS, and their utility interconnections.
- Assist in the direction of in-house installation crews.
- Coordinate scheduling with other disciplines, construction crews, and utility companies.
5020 Engineering Resource Group is a small firm known for its members' enjoyment of unusual projects and for working in a dispersed work group. 5020 is historically a civil and environmental engineering company seeking to expand its resources for its number one client.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with relevant electrical experience.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD or ability to direct CAD technicians.
- Strong communication skills.
- Positive attitude and behavior.
- Ability to grow into additional opportunities.
- Professional Engineer preferred.
- Ability to live (preferred) or travel to central Illinois.
