Based in Pennsylvania, we are seeking a
** strategic remote hire in Virginia
** to support regional growth across this targeted state market. This role is ideal for a
** senior-level civil/site engineer
** who has progressed through hands-on technical work and is ready to leverage that experience in a client-facing, growth-oriented position.

You will act as a
** senior technical representative in-market**, helping expand our presence, win new work, and support client relationships – while remaining fully remote and closely integrated with our internal teams.
** Qualifications include:
*** Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
* P.E. a plus
* Approximately 8+ years of professional experience (mid- to senior-level)
* Hands-on experience including, but not limited to:  + Civil/site design  + Grading  + Civil 3D
* Demonstrated technical credibility to support client-facing activities
* A career path that reflects having “come up through the ranks”
* Highly self-driven and self-starting
* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
* Able to balance client relationships, technical execution (with internal support), and eventually business development activities
** Company Support & Resources
** We will provide you with the tools and support needed for success, including:

* Transportation support:  + Vehicle stipend for personal vehicle

* Support from Pennsylvania based teams

* Participation in weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings
* Approximately 15 standing meetings throughout the year
* Regular communication with executive leadership
* Clear executive-level visibility and support
