We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Designer to join our Design Services Team in supporting the development of next‑generation data centers. This contract role focuses on delivering high‑performance mechanical design solutions for hyperscale infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in mechanical system design, strong proficiency in Revit for 3D modeling, and experience in designing mechanical control systems for large‑scale commercial or industrial facilities.

• Develop mechanical design solutions for hyperscale infrastructure projects.
• Utilize Revit for 3D modeling in large envelope projects.
• Design mechanical control systems for large‑scale commercial or industrial facilities.
• Work on models focusing on maintaining optimal environmental systems for data centers.
• Design controls systems to monitor and alert for environmental issues, such as temperature control and power distribution levels.

• 3+ years of mechanical design experience using Revit.
• Experience with large mission‑critical industries such as Data Centers, Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, or Oil & Gas.
• Proficiency in designing mechanical control systems.

• 5+ years of experience with the design of Data Centers, Mission Critical Facilities, Hospitals, Schools, or highly complex Commercial Towers.
• Ability to evaluate the constructability of new technologies and determine construction methods for data center equipment and facilities.
• Experience in performing and presenting business case analyses.
• Creative problem‑solving skills to find innovative solutions during the construction process.

This position is 100% remote, with the option for candidates to work in the office if they prefer. The role offers a minimum 12‑month duration with the possibility of extension to a full 24 months.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 – $70.00/hr.
