• Oversee and manage engineering schedules, budgets, and subcontractors for various energy projects
• Collect, organize, and file project documentation for internal and external stakeholders
• Lead project status update meetings with clients, providing schedule updates and addressing requests for information
• Ensure project quality control and customer satisfaction by reviewing engineering deliverables
• Coordinate with contractors and utilities to ensure compliance with contract terms and delivery of project milestones

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, construction management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of industry-specific project management experience
• Familiarity with electrical substations, transmission lines, PV engineering, and battery storage
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project or Primavera P6)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain effective exchanges during stressful situations

• Project Management Institute PMP certification is preferred
