Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician with a solid understanding of aftermarket business models, including parts sales, service agreements, upgrades, and retrofits. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of vacuum furnaces, heat treatment, and industrial equipment, along with proficiency in PLC and Automation systems, preferably Siemens.

Responsibilities

* Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of Siemens systems.

* Work on vacuum furnaces, heat treatment, and industrial equipment.

* Engage in parts sales, service agreements, and provide upgrades and retrofits.

* Travel to Italy for training and work with international teams as required.

Essential Skills

* 5+ years of sales experience in aftermarket, service, or capital equipment.

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical, or equivalent experience.

* Proficiency in electrical systems, PLC programming, Siemens PLC, and troubleshooting.

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

* Experience with Heat Treatment/Vacuum Furnace.

* Experience with Rockwell systems.

Work Environment

This position is fully remote with required travel to Italy for training for two weeks and additional travel at least three times a year. Maintenance calls may last up to a week, and installation assignments could extend from two to three weeks.

This is a Permanent position based out of Dallas, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
