Join a dynamic and expanding company as a Field Service Technician, specializing in the aftermarket business models including parts sales, service agreements, upgrades, and retrofits. You will engage in troubleshooting and maintenance of vacuum furnaces, heat treatment, and other industrial equipment, leveraging your mechanical expertise.

• Troubleshoot and maintain vacuum furnaces, heat treatment systems, and industrial equipment.
• Engage in parts sales, service agreements, upgrades, and retrofits.
• Apply mechanical aptitude to solve complex issues in equipment maintenance.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting tasks efficiently and effectively.

• Proven mechanical aptitude and experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in aftermarket, service, or capital equipment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical, or equivalent experience.

• Experience with in the mechanical space.
• Strong understanding of aftermarket business models.

This is a fully remote position, with required travel to Italy for training and additional trips at least three times a year. Maintenance calls may last up to a week, while installations could extend to two or three weeks. This is a Permanent position based out of Dallas, TX.

The pay range for this position is $75,000.00 - $/yr. PTO, Holiday, dental, health 401K

This is a fully remote position.
