Location: Hartford, CT
Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 / year
Key Responsibilities- Support Project Managers and senior staff in the design and delivery of site/civil and land development projects
- Prepare detailed site design plans including layout, grading, drainage, and utility design
- Assist with stormwater management system design and analysis
- Develop erosion and sediment control plans and details
- Prepare site plans, construction details, and supporting technical documents
- Perform engineering calculations and design support tasks
- Participate in field work and site investigations as needed
- Coordinate with internal team members and support multidisciplinary project efforts
- Assist with local and state permitting applications and supporting documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (required)
- Relevant site/civil or land development experience (required)
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D (required)
- Experience with Storm
CAD and/or Hydro
CAD preferred - Experience with local and state permitting processes preferred
- FE/EIT certification preferred or ability to obtain within 2 years
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks
