• Provide high-level technical support for waste disposal, ensuring compliance with regulations and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to develop customized waste management solutions for clients.
• Analyze laboratory results and safety data sheets, compiling technical data into comprehensive reports.
• Engage proactively with clients to understand their technical requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Support the development of bid materials and maintain customer pricing records.

• 4-7 years of equivalent work experience in waste disposal, chemistry, or a related field providing technical expertise.
• Advanced knowledge of Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Laws and Regulations related to waste characterization and processing protocols.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.

• Experience with technical evaluations and customer retention strategies in the environmental services industry.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Docu Sign, and PDF writer.
• Ability to detect inconsistencies in data and identify trends and patterns.
