- Lead sourcing strategy for engineering roles, building high‑quality talent pipelines through proactive outreach and thoughtful inbound review
- Conduct structured talent mapping across target companies and markets to identify strong engineering talent
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and engineering hiring managers to define candidate profiles and refine search direction
- Proactively engage with engineering hiring managers to clarify expectations and strengthen alignment throughout the search
- Maintain clean pipeline data and continuously improve sourcing effectiveness through data and feedback
- 5-7+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting, with a significant focus on software engineering hiring
- Proven ability to build and convert high-quality pipelines for senior engineering roles in competitive markets
- Strong understanding of engineering roles and leveling, with the ability to assess scope and relevant technical experience early
- Experience building strong working relationships with recruiters and hiring managers, influencing search strategy through insight and data
- Excellent written communication skills and a high bar for candidate experience
- Experience in engaging passive candidates through personalized outreach and exploratory conversations
- Familiarity with engineering hiring trends, talent density, and evolving role expectations
