PositionDescription:
We are looking for a Project Control Specialist to join ICE Team to improve infrastructure in our offices. The candidate must have a bachelor's degree, and five years of related experience. The candidate must also be self-motivated, work well with others, and have excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills. A flexible hybrid-remote work schedule is available after 30 days of employment.
Typicalresponsibilities include:
- Invoicing & Financial Coordination
- Support monthly invoicing activities by gathering backup, organizing information, and assisting with reviews
- Assist with tracking subconsultant invoices and coordinating documentation
- Maintain invoice and billing logs to support timely processing
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to review documents for accuracy and completeness
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas, tracking logs, basic reporting)
- Ability to maintain organized project documentation and records
- Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Familiarity with construction/project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar) preferred
- Experience managing and tracking RFIs (Requests for Information) and submittals
- Problem-solving skills and ability to follow up pro actively Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or equivalent fields
Experience:
- 0-3 years’ experience in a leadership role in project controls; 1 to 3 years in a supervisory role is beneficial.
