We are looking for a remote service engineer, who brings and develops solutions to complex technical customer problems in the emerging EV charging market.
It is your mission to to ensure that our customer's charging infrastructure operates seamlessly and brings an excellent customer experience to EV drivers.
Ensure that we have the best managed charging network:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues within our globally installed charger base
Act as the Go-to source for customers and field site engineers:
Support customers and field engineers with your charger expertise through remote support and selectively on-site
Become a true expert:
Learn from the most experienced EV charging team in the word to strengthen your electrical / mechanical charger knowledge
