• Set the vision and direction for Material Control Systems (MCS) products in collaboration with a team
• Conduct market and competitive analysis, building cost and pricing models to drive market growth
• Develop tangible product roadmap requirements based on customer needs and pain points
• Create marketing collateral, write industry-related blog posts, and conduct webinars
• Build relationships with customers through site visits and industry events, acting as a subject matter expert

• Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in manufacturing
• Deep understanding of Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS) and Material Control Systems (MCS)
• Product management experience, preferably in manufacturing software
• Strong familiarity with semiconductors or adjacent industries
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field; MBA preferred, with 10-15 years of experience

• Proven ability to define strategy, set goals, and drive results
• Strong collaboration and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated history of writing industry blog posts and engaging in industry speaking opportunities
• Familiarity with financial concepts such as margin, ROI, and fixed vs. variable costs
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
