Field Service Engineer (FSE) job openings in the following locations:
- North Phoenix, AZ.
- Hillsboro, OR.
- Austin, TX.
- (NIGHT SHIFT) North Phoenix, AZ.
RELOCATION is available!
Compensation and Benefits- Salary is based on a 35 hour work week so anytime spent working past 35 to 40 hours is straight pay and anything after 40 is overtime; HOWEVER, Night Shift is not eligible for OT and will receive a shift allowance of $800 per payroll perior, amounting to $1600 per month on top of salary and other financial perks.

Total compensation: $115 - $130k

Required
Education:
- Day shift:
Bachelors or higher - Night shift:
High School Diploma or higher
Day Shift
- Bachelors degree or higher
- 1 - 8 years of professional engineering experience. Client does not want a technician for this role. No Process, RD Engineers, Mechanical Design Engineers.
- Hands on engineering experience.
- Engineering for semiconductor (installation, maintenance, repair, sustaining, and troubleshooting)
- Working experience with hand tools, oscilloscope, digital voltmeter, etc
- Experience in cleanroom
- Nice to have: Strong knowledge of photomask, MASK INSPECTION, inspection, metrology (you can write EUV or DUV), lithography, optical, camera, lasers and robotics.
Night Shift (7pm-7am 4 days on, 3-4 days off):
- Previous night shift experience and at least 2 years of experience in a similar position for a semiconductor company is required.
- Engineering for semiconductor (installation, maintenance, repair)
- Working experience with hand tools, oscilloscope, digital voltmeter, etc
- Experience working in a cleanroom
- Nice to have: Strong knowledge of photomask, MASK INSPECTION, inspection, metrology (you can write EUV or DUV), lithography, optical, camera, lasers and robotics.
- This position is responsible for providing field service engineering on company tools
- This position troubleshoots complicated semiconductor equipment virtually and onsite
- May provide over-the-phone consultation and advice to customer, may need to respond to emergency customer situation or may schedule and repair Company’s products at customer site.
- Performs preventative maintenance on tools
- Establishes and manages a local maintenance service
- Provides liaison between customer and applications programmer for customer requests involving change in applications
Leading publicly traded company in the semiconductor industry that provides inspection and measurement solutions for advanced technology industries. Client is looking to hire multiple Field Service Engineers to focus on troubleshooting various mechanical, electrical, laser, robotics, and other tech. Although some remote work flexibility is offered, this would be mostly onsite and, therefore, the candidate would need to be based in said city/state of their choice and would require domestic (and potentially international travel) for training.
