As a Senior Environmental Leader at Pro Source, you will play a vital role in managing and delivering environmental projects for diverse energy and public sector initiatives. Your responsibilities will include overseeing compliance with environmental regulations, developing and executing project plans, leading environmental impact assessments, and coordinating with stakeholders. You will manage and mentor a team of professionals while ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.
This is a full‑time hybrid role, based in the Greater Minneapolis‑St. Paul Area, with some flexibility for remote work.
- Strong expertise in Environmental Regulations Compliance, Environmental Impact Assessments, and Environmental Program Management
- Proficiency in Project Planning, Execution, and Stakeholder Engagement
- Team Leadership, Mentorship, and Collaborative Problem‑Solving skills
- Familiarity with Land and Right of Way Services, including experience in Power Transmission, Pipelines, Renewables, or Public Infrastructure projects
- Excellent Communication, Analytical, and Organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage projects within stipulated budgets and timelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Professional certifications (e.g., PWS, QEP, or CPESC) and experience with GIS mapping software are advantageous
- Willingness to travel as required for project needs
