Project Manager - Site Development

RK&K is expanding and looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Site Development Project Manager to lead transformative land development projects in Southern West Virginia as a remote worker from our practice in Keyser, WV.

In this leadership role, you'll manage diverse projects and talented teams, collaborate with clients, and make a lasting impact on the communities we serve.

• Lead site and land development projects from concept to completion
• Manage scope, budget, and schedules with precision
• Collaborate directly with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction
• Guide and mentor engineering staff and subconsultants
• Ensure quality control and compliance across all deliverables
• Represent RK&K in community outreach and client meetings
• Oversee construction administration and project approvals

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• PE license in WV (or ability to obtain)
• 10+ years of progressive experience in site/land development
• Strong leadership and client engagement skills
• Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite
• Expertise with local permitting processes and proposal development
