This is a full-time, on-site and flexible remote working role for a Plumbing/HVAC Estimator based in Maryland, United States. Key responsibilities include preparing accurate estimates for plumbing and HVAC projects, reviewing project specifications, and analyzing blueprints to identify material, labor, and equipment requirements. The Plumbing/HVAC Estimator will collaborate with project managers, vendors, and clients to ensure estimates are aligned with project goals.

Additional tasks include preparing detailed cost breakdowns, procurement of Equipment and Sub-subcontractors, tracking expenses, and maintaining clear communication with the team throughout the project lifecycle.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Plumbing and HVAC Piping systems
• Proficient Customer Service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members
• Experience in estimating and project planning within the Plumbing/HVAC industry in the DMV area
• Ability to read and analyze blueprints or project specifications
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for cost estimation and project management
