• Manage complex projects and provide technical review and project management support for clients
• Prepare engineering reports and make decisions on major proposals and contracts
• Interface with federal and state regulatory authorities on complex projects
• Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and presentations
• Lead and mentor technical staff while overseeing project teams

• Bachelor’s Degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or a closely related field; MS or PhD preferred
• Minimum 15 years of geotechnical engineering experience in professional consulting services
• Valid Driver’s License and PE Certification required
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and technical problem‑solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple client relationships

• Experience in managing client relationships and developing new business in the engineering sector
• Established reputation as a technical leader in the industry, regionally or nationally
• Experience with project budgeting and financial management
• Ability to mentor less experienced engineers and guide them in applying engineering principles
• Familiarity with industry methodologies and standards for engineering analysis
