Role OverviewWe’re building something exciting in Kraków — a new Integrated Delivery Solutions team (IDS) focused on delivering world-class Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CS&A) engineering solutions. We're looking for passionate Structural Engineers. This is your chance to work on some of the world’s most exciting nuclear and energy projects; from Small and Advanced Modular Reactor technologies to renewable energy and high‑energy industrial projects.

As a Structural Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and technical excellence of our designs, applying in-depth structural analysis, and adhering to relevant codes and standards. You will have the opportunity to deliver detailed design packages, including reinforced concrete, steel frames, steel connections and other structural elements, all while driving quality and innovation in design execution.
Key Responsibilities may includeChecking and Reviewing Work – Take responsibility for the rigorous checking and verification of structural designs, calculations, and analysis to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
Structural Analysis and Design – Perform detailed structural analysis, utilising software tools and methods to assess various load conditions and structural behaviours.
Design Package Delivery – development and detailing of structural designs, including specific tasks like steel frame connection development, ensuring high standards of documentation and quality.
Quality and Safety Focus – Contribute to a strong culture of quality control, safety in design, and operational excellence across all deliverables.
Extensive knowledge and practical experience in structural analysis, with a proven ability to apply relevant codes and standards.
Experience in checking and validating structural designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
Proven capability in delivering detailed design packages, including steel frame connections and other structural detailing tasks in both concrete and steel.
Degree in Structural Engineering, with a solid understanding of structural theory and design principles.
Knowledge of some of the following BIM platforms, STAAD, TEKLA, Robot Structural Analysis, other relevant packages and tools.
