- Wireless Test Engineer, Rohde & Schwarz USA, Inc., Columbia, MD:
Support R&S mobile test instruments for 5
GNR, LTE and other wireless technologies;
Work closely with our engineering teams to design and develop test cases, test tools and test environments with a specific focus on automation for the R&S mobile communications wireless test platform; responsible for Automation framework development and its maintenance along with new feature/test integration. The position requires a minimum of a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or any related occupation, to include: 2 years of experience in QXDM;
2 years of experience in NR5G - sub6 & mmW; 2 years of experience in LTE and LTE advance; 2 years of experience in VoLTE/VoNR; 2 years of experience in Standalone and Non-standalone feature support; and 2 years of experience in Python scripting and Linux commands. Work may be performed at various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. One trip per year abroad.
