Key Responsibilities:

Custom Design: Collaborate with clients to tailor generator enclosures and power distribution centers to their specific needs, ensuring custom solutions meet all requirements.
Electrical Design: Develop sophisticated electrical designs and systems that comply with industry standards and client specifications.
Structural Design: Design robust enclosures and tanks, factoring in load-bearing capacity, safety, and longevity.
HVAC Design: Coordinate HVAC systems and schedules for optimal cooling based on geographic deployment.
Material Selection: Choose appropriate construction materials, considering environmental conditions and client preferences.
Bills of Material: Prepare detailed material lists and assist in part number creation for procurement purposes.
Project Management: Lead the engineering phase of projects, ensuring adherence to design plans and specifications.
Quality Assurance: Implement stringent quality control measures to uphold product performance and reliability.
Documentation: Generate comprehensive engineering drawings and documentation for manufacturing and construction teams.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs meet all safety and environmental regulations and industry codes.
Client Collaboration: Foster transparent communication with clients, addressing inquiries and feedback promptly.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of fifteen years of experience in electrical engineering within the Mission Critical industry.
Extensive expertise in electrical design and systems in the commercial construction sector.
PE - Certified Professional Engineer is highly preferred.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and 3D AutoCAD software.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Keen attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
