EHS Manager

Due to growth and customer demand, we are recruiting for a EHS Manager with regional responsibilities to join our team. This is a virtual role, and candidates located in Texas or Mexico are preferred. Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.

In this role, you will collaborate with and support our Environment, Health, and Safety initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong foundation in Incident Management, Industrial Hygiene, and Environmental Compliance. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, creative problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative, multicultural environment and is comfortable interacting with regional and site-level teams.

• Manage and oversee site-level EHS programs, ensuring compliance with international, national, and local regulations.
• Oversee and improve incident management systems
  , including root cause analysis and corrective action tracking.
• Develop and implement industrial hygiene programs
  , including exposure assessments and control strategies.
• Ensure environmental compliance across global operations, including permitting, reporting, and sustainability initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional EHS teams and site leaders to align global standards and share best practices.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to site EHS personnel.
• Monitor EHS performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory interactions as needed.
• Participate in cross-functional teams and contribute to EHS strategy development.

• A minimum of five years of progressive EHS experience in a regional capacity, including substantial exposure to manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience in incident management, industrial hygiene, and environmental compliance.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Proficient in EHS management systems and data analysis tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 training and experience.

Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%–15% for business needs.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related EHS discipline.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.
• Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
