We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction and electrical infrastructure projects, working directly with electric utilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction principles, electrical systems, and project management with proven experience interacting with and coordinating with electric utility companies. This role requires exceptional communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while effectively navigating the complexities of utility coordination.

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and scheduling to execution and closeout.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines, incorporating utility coordination milestones.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, including those related to utility interfaces.
• Implement effective mitigation strategies to address any challenges, particularly those involving utility companies.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems, in coordination with utility requirements.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and utility crews to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance at all times.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports, meeting minutes, and inspection reports, with detailed records of utility interactions.
• Prepare progress reports and project status updates for management and clients, including information on utility coordination progress.
• Experience working with electric utilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction or electrical infrastructure projects, with demonstrable experience working directly with electric utility companies.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, , Click Up, Bluebeam, etc.).
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Professional engineering license (PE).
• Experience with Transmission, Distribution, and Generation.
