• Plan and conduct environmental compliance and management system audits across U.S. operations
• Assess air, water, waste, and chemical management regulatory programs using subject‑matter expertise
• Prepare clear, objective audit reports and ensure timely distribution to stakeholders
• Collaborate with audit program managers and environmental SMEs to enhance audit protocols
• Evaluate documentation, conduct interviews, and perform on‑site verification to assess compliance and risk

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related environmental field
• Minimum of five (5) years of environmental compliance, auditing, or permitting experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Strong knowledge of EPA and state environmental regulatory programs
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including report development
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Share Point

• 7+ years of environmental experience
• Prior auditing experience (internal, external, or third-party)
• Experience analyzing large data sets, including the use of pivot tables
• ISO 14001 Lead Auditor or other environmental auditing certifications
• Ability to analyze complex regulatory information and form well‑supported audit conclusions
