- Plan and conduct occupational safety and health audits across U.S. operations
- Assess compliance with OSHA standards and related safety systems
- Prepare clear and objective audit reports for business partners and leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance audit protocols
- Evaluate documentation and perform on-site verification to assess compliance and risk
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Five (5) years of experience in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, or safety and health auditing
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulatory requirements and safety management systems
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including report development
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- 7+ years of experience in safety and health or industrial hygiene
- Prior auditing experience, whether internal, external, or third-party
- Relevant safety and health certifications such as CSP or CIH
- Experience analyzing large data sets and utilizing pivot tables
- ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification or similar credentials
