Manufacturing Engineering Internship with a mixture of engineering focus including product engineering, manufacturing engineering, process engineering, lean six sigma, and test technician. This opportunity is temporary employment for manufacturing engineering students.

The ideal candidate would be a self-motivated manufacturing engineering student who is ready for a challenging internship in a fast-paced, electronics manufacturing environment.

• Assist in the assembly of production pre-production builds
• Aid in development of manufacturing processes for New Product Introduction (NPI)
• Aid in development and execution of product build instructions
• Collaborate with engineering peers on product manufacturing process improvements
• Collaborate with engineering peers on implementing manufacturing tools
• Collaborate with engineering peers on Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews for design enhancement
• Collect manufacturing and test data, analyze, recommend and implement improvements
• Verify completed work, checking dimensions, materials to be used and quantities per the verification plan
• Assist in implementation of Kaizens and lean six sigma efforts

Compensation Range: $21.00 USD Many factors are considered in compensation decisions, including but not limited to skills, certifications, licensures, experience, training, incumbent data, and other business needs.
