Summary:Our consulting engineering office, located in Conroe, TX, is currently seeking a Consultant Engineer for field work, project managing, AutoCAD and Design drawings with solid people skills. This section of our consulting engineering department specializes in the design, inspection, testing and installation of suspended access and fall protection equipment on commercial buildings and industrial facilities.
Day-to-DayResponsibilities Include:
- Field work to coordinate and conduct with the testing and installation of equipment
- Travel is typically 30-40% of the time and includes multiple days/nights away from the home office
- Coordinate/plan schedule engineering staff with performing load tests on equipment
- Ability to work in a hands-on environment and at heights at times
- Strong people skills for managing Engineering Technicians and staff
- Project Management
- Prepare and update designs and AutoCAD drawings
