Electrical Test Engineer

Our client, a leader in innovative hardware development, is seeking a dedicated Electrical Test Engineer to join their dynamic team. As an Electrical Test Engineer, you will be part of the Hardware Test Engineering department supporting the development and testing of next-generation robotic systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to testing and troubleshooting, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Electrical Test Engineer

Location: Westborough, with the flexibility of remote work

Pay Range:

• Collaborate with Test Engineers, Hardware, and Software developers to determine testing tools and techniques
• Develop comprehensive test plans under the guidance of senior engineers
• Troubleshoot electrical and control system issues effectively
• Design and document test subsystems to ensure reliability and accuracy
• Execute tests, collect data, and analyze test results to support hardware validation

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics accurately
• Experience with board-level/SMD soldering and cable assembly
• Familiarity with standard electrical test and laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, data acquisition devices, digital multi-meters, and signal generators
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience with 0-2 years of industry testing experience
• Proficiency in executing documented test procedures and troubleshooting electronic devices at the circuit level
