Associate Product Engineer

The Associate Product Engineer is responsible for creating and maintaining product specifications supporting the global cell culture media business.

• Create, manage and maintain specifications for finished goods, prototypes and intermediate products.
• Manage change processes for manufacturing, quality processes and products.
• Facilitate and drive results across multiple functions for new product set up.
• Work with a team of product engineers, designers and scientists to effectively and rapidly design and approve new custom products.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Lifesciences, Engineering or Biotechnology, or 5+ years industry experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to lead and handle multiple projects, delivering results timely and within budget.
• Good analytical and planning skills.

• Technical writing experience in Lifesciences.

The role is based in Logan, UT and requires on-site presence, though a remote work arrangement may be considered for eligible roles. Eligible candidates may work remotely from home subject to a remote work arrangement authorized by the interview team.

The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $80,000.
