• Lead design calculations, reports, planning preparation, and roadway modeling for transportation projects.
• Assist office leadership with proposal development and preliminary project evaluations.
• Develop relationships with public agencies and other firms to enhance project coordination efforts.
• Coordinate project tasks and communicate status updates to project managers and supervisors.
• Support Indianapolis and regional offices on a variety of civil engineering infrastructure projects.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field from an ABET‑accredited program
• Engineer in Training (
  EIT
  ) in Kentucky (
  required
  ) or Registered Professional Engineer (
  PE
  )
• Experience in transportation project design (KYTC, county, and municipal projects preferred)
• At least 4 years of experience using Micro Station and Bentley Open Roads Designer
• AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency (preferred)
• Technical proficiency in:
• Drainage software (Storm
  
  CAD, CDSS)
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills in civil engineering design
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team‑oriented environment
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, agencies, and project teams
• Detail‑oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
