Bridge Project Manager - Remote

Overview

This civil engineering consulting role focuses on transportation and infrastructure design with strong collaboration with INDOT and related work in Indiana. The position is full-time, remote-friendly, and supports a lean, technically focused team with direct project ownership and meaningful infrastructure projects that impact statewide mobility and safety.

• Experience managing bridge design, rehabilitation, or structural transportation projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and project schedules.
• Proficiency with bridge design tools, structural analysis software, or CAD platforms.
• Manage project budgets, client communication, and technical deliverables.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or structural engineering.
• Familiarity with INDOT standards, procedures, and transportation project workflows.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.
• Ability to work remotely while supporting Indiana-based transportation and bridge projects.

• Remote role supporting transportation and bridge projects throughout Indiana.
