Structural Designer (Hybrid/Remote)

Our growing firm is looking for hard‑working team players who are eager to learn, committed to growth, and driven to make a real impact. We are currently hiring Structural Designers in our Origination, Processing and Manufacturing sectors, where we provide structural designs for a wide range of industries.

Under the direction of a Senior Designer you will:

• Work with other Designers and Engineers to produce quality drawings for a variety of project types from concept phase through construction documents.
• Set up plans, sections and details to specified drafting standards.
• Coordinate with multi‑discipline design team, clients and equipment suppliers.
• Provide direction to Technicians, review the quality of their work, and assist with training.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors and internal teammates, and collaborate on design decisions within your area of experience.
• Utilize software with increasing efficiency and depth of understanding.
• Undertake increasingly complex design tasks and responsibilities with a commitment to continuous learning, technical development and client service.

Your resume must include:

• Certificate in construction related design/drafting or higher.
• 5+ years of experience.

Starting Hourly Range
: $30.00 – $39.00. A variety of factors are considered when determining an offer including, but not limited to, market data, geographic location, experience and specialized skills.
