** Your Role
** As our Technical Expert Concrete, you will be a key contributor to our success in Norway by:
* Acting as the
** technical backbone
** of our commercial organization
* Developing and implementing
** innovative concrete solutions
** at customer sites
* Supporting product launches and driving
** market adoption of new technologies
*** Collaborating with Nordic and European technical and R&D teams
* Strengthening our position as a
** technical leader in the Norwegian market
**** What You Will Do
*** Provide expert technical support to sales teams and customers
* Develop and optimize products based on market needs and raw materials
* Lead trials, testing, and implementation at customer sites
* Ensure compliance with EN, ISO, and other relevant standards
* Own product documentation (TDS, EPD, references)
* Represent the company in industry networks, forums, and events
* Collaborate across borders to share knowledge and drive innovation
** Who You Are
** You are a technically strong and commercially minded professional who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
** We believe you bring:
*** A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in chemistry, chemical engineering, construction, or similar
* At least 5 years of experience in a technical role within construction chemicals
* Strong knowledge of
** concrete technology and chemistry
*** A proactive,
** solution-oriented mindset
** with strong problem-solving skills
* Excellent
** communication
* * and
** stakeholder management
** abilities* A structured and
** self-driven
** approach to work
* Fluency in
** Norwegian
* * and
** English
* ** Familiarity with another Scandinavian language is a plus
* Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
