Project Manager, Operations Manager

What Will You Do?

• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, and procurement departments to deliver the project to the customer based on a defined scope, within time and budget.
• Monitor project progress and set deadlines, including milestones, invoices, major material procurement, taking into consideration lead times, shared resources, and commercial priorities.
• Manage the entire project life cycle:
  • Project Planning:
    Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Execution & Monitoring:
    • Manage day‑to‑day operational aspects of projects.
    • Track project milestones and deliverables.
    • Identify and mitigate risks.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for project-related issues.
  • Resource Management:
    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.
    • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Reporting:
    • Prepare progress reports, proposals, and presentations.
    • Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and prepare technical cost proposals.
• Compile design submittals and O&M manuals and ensure all documentation is up to date and according to scope defined in kick‑off meeting.
• Hybrid position after 90 days: onsite 4 days a week, 1 day work from home.

• Sitting for long periods of time working on a computer/talking over the phone
• Ability to go to customer worksite if needed
• Standing for long periods of time

Bachelor’s degree in business/engineering preferred.

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Working knowledge of packaged portable, industrial or groundwater treatment systems and processes
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for interfacing with customers, engineering, sales, etc.
• Practical experience with variety of water treatment system design and operation a plus.
