A Snapshot of Your Day
As part of the Productivity & Improvement Projects team, you will lead initiatives that drive operational efficiency and sustainable cost improvements across the organization while playing a key role in managing product cost reduction efforts and executing complex, cross‑functional projects that enable long‑term transformation. In this role, you will collaborate closely with global stakeholders, gaining valuable strategic exposure while influencing critical business outcomes.

- Drive and support a cost‑competitive business environment by delivering ambitious cost reduction targets
- Lead complex, cross‑functional projects and programs from planning through execution and implementation
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, resources, and change management
- Guide strategic initiatives that enable process improvements and long‑term operational efficiency
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities, driving innovation across the organization
- Collaborate across departments and regions to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
- Take a hands‑on approach, actively contributing to project execution while leading teams toward results
- 5+ years of experience in project management, business improvement, and/or power generation
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Strong project management, communication, presentation, and networking skills, with experience supporting cost reduction and productivity initiatives
- PMI and/or Lean certification with demonstrated application of continuous improvement methodologies (preferred)
- Proven ability to resolve complex cost challenges, drive data‑informed decisions using tools such as SQL, Alteryx, or Tableau, and influence stakeholders to implement harmonized processes across global teams
- Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice versa.

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators.
