Environmental Consultant

Eastern Environmental LLC specializes in providing environmental compliance solutions for the residential and commercial construction industries. We focus on stormwater management, including erosion and sediment control, to ensure compliance with environmental regulations. With extensive experience across the East Coast, we are well-versed in state-specific permits and local requirements. Our expertise enables us to effectively assist developers and builders in meeting EPA's NPDES permit program standards.

This full-time hybrid role of Environmental Consultant consists mostly of performing visual site inspections in NJ, with some work-from-home. The role involves performing environmental/stormwater assessments, preparing detailed reports, providing consulting services for environmental compliance, and supporting clients in stormwater management and erosion control efforts. The consultant will collaborate closely with clients to ensure adherence to environmental regulations and best practices.

• Strong expertise in Environmental Science and Environmental Impact Assessments
• Experience in Environmental Compliance and Environmental Consulting
• Proficient in Report Writing, with attention to detail and clarity
• Ability to interpret and apply state-specific and federal environmental regulations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications in environmental compliance or consulting are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
