- Experience in estimating, design, or detailing utilizing MBS (Metal Building Software)
- CADD experience
- Tekla experience (not required, but a plus)
- Experienced with interpreting construction plans and details
- Team attitude
- BS degree in engineering for design engineer candidates (Professional Engineer is a plus, but not a requirement)
- BS or associate's degree in engineering, building science, or engineering technology for estimators
- Associates degree in drafting or engineering technology for detailers and checkers
