Business Development Manager

Business development professionals who can help develop and sell large‑scale engineering automation solutions. Background in engineering, CAD, or automation is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Help develop and sell large‑scale engineering automation solutions.
• Build relationships with CAD or PLM market customers and understand their requirements.
• Translate customer needs into solutions and support the engineering team in proposal development and pricing.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to create proposals, sales drawings, bills‑of‑materials, and manufacturing drawings.

Qualifications:

• Experience selling large service‑oriented solutions or products in the CAD or PLM markets (mandatory).
• Engineering, CAD, or automation background is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work from home and based in the UK.

Engineering automation developers who have programming skills and speak Japanese fluently.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance engineering automation solutions for manufacturing customers.
• Program with Inventor ETO, Autodesk Intent, and Siemens PLM Rule Stream.
• Provide technical support and documentation for clients.
• Collaborate with teams in Japan and support Japanese‑speaking customers.

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree with CAD experience.
• Strong Japanese and English communication skills.
• Programming experience (e.g., Java, C#, Python).
• Ability to travel to Japan regularly or be located in Japan.
