Global Process Technology Engineer
As a Global Process Technology Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Driving innovation within our operations using both internal and external technologies primarily in the care of:
- Batch Chemical/Polymer Processing
- Emulsion Processing
- Chemical Synthesis
- Particle Mills
- Supporting high‑impact new product commercialization programs and fast‑paced capital improvement projects through process development.
- Leading process development and validation for new and existing products, and developing cost estimates and manufacturing plans to enable efficient production at scale.
- Working with/developing breakthrough technology to enable efficient production at scale.
- Providing technical support and leadership direction for both Tier I and Tier II suppliers for outsourced/contract manufacturing.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) in Chemical Engineering from an accredited institution
- Two (2) years of manufacturing engineering experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
- Proven ability to translate business and supply chain needs into workable technology solutions for global supply chain.
- Packaging/Filling/Dispensing Technology experience
- Web handling (roll‑to‑roll technologies)/extruding/coating/converting/packaging experience
- Ability to drive OEE and TEEP to established entitlement levels on critical assets.
- Passion for technology; curious with a growth mindset
- Demonstrated strength in process and manufacturing engineering problem solving and cross‑functional project management skills
- Skills include written, oral, and technical communication skills, self‑starter, results‑driven behavior
Work location:
Eagan, MN
- Hybrid Eligible (Job duties allow for some remote work; may require onsite work at least 2 days per week at our Eagan, MN location)
Travel:
May include up to 25% domestic/international

The expected compensation range for this position is $85,200 - $117,150, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
