Your ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will design and develop electrical systems, which include power distribution and lighting systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Your responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams, including architects, project managers, and other engineers, to deliver comprehensive design solutions.
- Preparing detailed electrical drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Conducting site visits to assess project requirements and verify design implementation.
- Providing technical support during the construction phase, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Staying current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the highest quality of work.
As the ideal candidate, you will have experience in electrical design, a strong technical background, and a passion for innovation. While a Professional Engineer (PE) license is an asset, it is not required for this role.
- 3+ years of experience in electrical design, preferably in power distribution and lighting systems.
- Proficiency in Revit, and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
