Position Overview

DEPCOM Power is looking for a PV/BESS Construction Scheduler. The role is preferably located in Scottsdale, AZ, but remote work may be considered based on experience. This position is not eligible for VISA sponsorship.

• Partner with business development and execution teams on the coordination and scheduling of Utility Scale PV Solar, Battery Storage, and Repowering projects.
• Utilize scheduling software to track future projects, personnel, equipment, and overall company demand.
• Support multiple project teams and their scheduling requirements across the different life cycles of the projects, from start‑up, through development and engineering, to construction and close‑out.
• Work with the project execution team to optimize the project execution plan and minimize risk.
• Collaborate with the business development team and external customers to provide schedules that meet the goals of both parties and act as an internal subject‑matter expert in schedule‑related contract negotiations.
• Work in partnership with subcontractors and align construction schedules between the parties to support project objectives.
• Perform contractor schedule and recovery plan reviews.
• Support project progress reporting.

• Experience in Utility Scale Solar or Energy Storage industries.
• Experience supporting project teams.
• Understanding of scheduling best practices.
• Working experience with scheduling software – Primavera P6.
• Scheduling experience in a construction industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite products.

• Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of Power BI and reporting tools.

Salary range: $93,000 – $140,000 per year. Variable pay may be provided as a monetary bonus or in another form.
