Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time hybrid role based in the Dallas‑Fort Worth Metroplex, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Semiconductor Fab Process Manager specializing in InP and GaAs processes, you will oversee and optimize semiconductor fabrication operations. Key responsibilities include monitoring and improving wafer processing, developing and implementing process control strategies, analyzing production data, troubleshooting, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to meet performance and quality targets.
Qualifications- Expertise in Semiconductor Fabrication, specifically InP and GaAs process technologies – DUV litho, plasma deposition and etch processes, metal plating, CMP.
- Knowledge of Process Control methodologies and Data Analysis techniques.
- Hands‑on skills in Process Development and Optimization.
- Experience in Staff Training, Team Collaboration, and Cross‑functional Coordination for a team of engineers and technicians.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a results‑driven approach.
- PhD, Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Semiconductor Physics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a semiconductor fabrication environment.
- Experience with cleanroom protocols and safety measures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
