Responsibilities- Lead the design of HVAC, hydronic heating/cooling, and process air handling systems for industrial and commercial projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to produce integrated, high-quality designs.
- Prepare, review, and approve construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Provide hands‑on technical guidance, mentoring, and best practices to junior engineering staff.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure designs meet performance goals, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the design and integration of mechanical utilities and plumbing systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (BSME, BSMET, BSAE) or a related field required.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience designing HVAC systems, process heating/cooling, and mechanical utilities.
- Demonstrated expertise in boiler and chiller central plant design.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC control systems and their integration.
- Proficient in Revit with a strong understanding of design documentation.
- Advanced knowledge of complex HVAC and mechanical utility systems.
- Collaborative problem‑solver who thrives in multi‑disciplinary project environments.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities with a focus on mentorship and team success.
- Excellent project execution and coordination skills across all design phases.

- 1st Shift / Monday – Friday / 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
$110,000 - $130,000 depending on experience.
