Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of a national engineering firm seeking an experienced Civil Engineer / Project Manager to lead land development and infrastructure projects throughout Texas. This role offers the chance to take ownership of high-impact projects while benefiting from the resources and stability of a nationwide organization.
CompensationUS $100,000 – US $120,000 annually, with higher offers considered for exceptional experience.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Active Texas PE license.
- 10 years of civil engineering and project management experience, ideally in land development.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HEC‑RAS, and related software.
- Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
- Lead planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects (site development, roadways, water, sewer, drainage).
- Manage proposals, budgets, schedules, reports, and technical deliverables.
- Act as primary contact for clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams.
- Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with design standards.
