Senior Practice Engineer – Water/Wastewater (Hybrid)

Are you a seasoned engineer driven to make a meaningful impact on communities and the environment? ms is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Engineer with deep water/wastewater industry knowledge to join our growing water team. This position is a hybrid role and can be based out of one of our Ohio offices in either Columbus, Youngstown, Cleveland or Akron, Ohio.
As a senior member of our water business unit, you will lead and contribute to impactful projects that design, enhance, and sustain water and wastewater infrastructure for diverse public and private clients. You will provide technical leadership, mentorship, and design expertise on multidisciplinary water/wastewater projects, collaborate with internal and external partners, and support quality delivery and client satisfaction. Your role also includes project leadership, quality control, technical review, task management, and support in proposal development, depending on your experience and interests.

- Ability to mentor junior staff and support technical development within the team
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant field
- Professional Engineering (PE) License
- Extensive water/wastewater design experience
- Experience with process modeling or hydraulic modeling software preferred
- Prior experience with task or project management is a plus
