Entry Level Systems Engineer – Medium Fidelity Models & Simulations

As an Associate Level Systems Engineer at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A), you will support the Ground-Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) Element Models and Simulation development and integration for updates to the GMD Element. You will develop requirements in DOORS and architecture in Cameo, and write and execute test cases for those requirements.

• Support development and verification of requirements for GMD Medium Fidelity Models and Simulation (M&S) products.
• Develop requirements in DOORS and architecture in Cameo.
• Write and execute test cases for requirements.
• Participate in briefings on completed work to stakeholders.
• Review performance, identify root cause, and recommend solutions.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s or equivalent in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry. ABET accreditation preferred.
• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
• Experience or knowledge of DOORS, Cameo, Python.
• Understanding of complex system designs and algorithms.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.

• Experience with GMD program.
• Experience with System of Systems Integration.
• Ability to derive system requirements from capability needs statements.
• Verification of requirement implementation.
  
  Knowledge of Agile development process.
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, or Atlassian tools (Jira).
• Experience with Digital Engineering environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

$79,000 – $93,000 (based on experience and qualifications). Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
