As a Transportation Practice Leader / Project Manager, you will:
- Develop, maintain, and manage a portfolio of transportation clients
- Manage transportation projects, including negotiating contracts, overseeing budgets, and directing project teams
- Lead business development efforts such as proposal writing, attending industry events, and strengthening client relationships
- Build and retain a high-performing transportation team to support growth initiatives
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, subconsultants, and project team members
- Collaborate with internal project managers and engineers to ensure successful project completion
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering (U.S.
-accredited university) - Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in WisDOT and local government transportation engineering
- At least 2 years of project management and business development experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Wisconsin required
- Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
- Applicable U.S.
-based work experience
- Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
- Outstanding Competitive comp and major sign on bonus
