Based in Pennsylvania, we are seeking a strategic remote hire in West Virginia to support regional growth across this targeted state market.

• Act as a senior technical representative in-market.
• Help expand our presence and win new work.
• Support client relationships while remaining fully remote.
• Integrate closely with internal teams for technical execution and business development.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Approximately 8+ years of professional experience (mid‑to‑senior level).
• Hands‑on experience in civil/site design, grading, Civil 3D.
• Demonstrated technical credibility to support client‑facing activities.
• Career path that reflects having “come up through the ranks.”
• Highly self‑driven and self‑starting.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Able to balance client relationships, technical execution, and business development activities.

• Participation in weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings.
• Approximately 15 standing meetings throughout the year.
• Regular communication with executive leadership.
