Overview

This role is ideal for a senior-level civil/site engineer who has progressed through hands‑on technical work and is ready to leverage that experience in a client‑facing, growth‑oriented position. Fully remote, managerial responsibility located in Ohio.

Responsibilities

Lead project designs, support client relationships, expand regional presence, win new work, and support client relationships while remaining fully remote and closely integrated with internal teams.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
  • P.E. a plus
  • Approximately 8+ years of professional experience (mid‑to‑senior level)
  • Hands‑on experience in civil/site design, grading, Civil 3D
  • Demonstrated technical credibility to support client‑facing activities
  • A career path that reflects having “come up through the ranks”
  • Highly self‑driven and self‑starting
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Ability to balance client relationships, technical execution (with internal support), and eventually business development activities
